Well - a wet day at the Kassam and a fairly drab affair it has to be said, the Us failed to capitalise on an early penalty but a win is a win.
Not sure how many Barrow fans made the trip - I lost count at about 70, but thanks to those that did - Cumbria suffering badly in the recent floods.
Not quire half way through the season and pressure still being applied by Stevenage, 5 points in it and a dip in form still possible. With Creighton and Kinniburgh out it was important to get the win, Perry did well in the middle of defence and Sandwith did OK on the flank.
Next week's cup game should be an entirely different affair, a goal fest no doubt.
