Well - delayed report from the match this week - what can I say .. er its Autumn, which means leaves and stuff, or scary wicker type things - maybe they'll torch it if we get promoted.

So, to the game, well I felt it was a little casual, even from the off and this was reinforced by the penalty miss, I guess Green took it as Beano had missed the Luton one, but anyway it did not bode well for the rest of the game.

Altrincham has little to offer, 3 big guys at the back showed they were keen on defending but other than that I can't recall any of their players.

The manager was fun though, Graham Heathcote always enjoys some banter with the crowd and does some arm waving - cool.

Finally the ever impressive Kinniburgh didn't give up on a lost cause and set up a finish for Batt, he took it well and settled the team, in fact they looked more dedicated and energetic after he scored.
