This week saw me following the score via the BBC web site on my phone while attending a local book launch, a bloke "what I know from the pub" has written Rocking in Oxford and the launch was in The Cellar, a venue my 20 years in Oxford had not led me to - not even when it was The Corn Dolly. Live music was provided by veterans who appear in the book, The Falling Leaves can still rock out - web references to the band are scarce - mentioned in the Oxford Mail and on the odd web site - the book covers the era with personal anecdotes and a lot of photos from.
